The American Red Cross strives to conduct all scheduled classes. However, some classes may be postponed or cancelled due to insufficient enrollment or response to a disaster. All students will be notified at least one day in advance of the cancellation and given the opportunity to reschedule or receive a full refund of course fees.
Requests to transfer classes or withdraw from a class must be received by our office in writing or by phone. Currently our website is not able to process these requests.
Requests to transfer classes or withdraw from a class received 3 or more business days prior to the first day of class will be accepted without penalty.
Requests to transfer classes or withdraw from a class received 1-2 business days prior to the first day of class will be accepted with a $10.00 service fee.
Requests to transfer classes or withdraw from a class received the day of the first day of class cannot be accepted.
Students who do not attend or do not successfully complete the course are not eligible for refunds.
